Pregnancy Massage
 

During pregnancy, the body undergoes huge changes, from a shift in posture due to a growing bump to hormonal changes allowing your body to adapt. These changes can lead to discomfort in the back, hips, and legs. Your emotional well-being can be affected, leading to feelings of anxiety and stress.  Regular massage can help to overcome these physical and emotional changes and help you to connect with your pregnancy and even have a better night's sleep!

Safe positioning is key during this massage, unlike a normal massage this is done side lying and supported.

A gentle, relaxing massage using oils.  Massage doesn't have to hurt to be beneficial; this massage is very effective at easing tired muscles and calming the mind.  You are guaranteed to feel much lighter and brighter afterwards

Postnatal massage
 

Massage postnatally is highly beneficial for both the physical and mental well-being of the postpartum body.  Becoming a new mum is an enriching and emotional time, this massage helps with the aches and pains left from pregnancy and labor. While also helping with the emotional stress and worry placed on the mind.
This massage is most beneficial during the postpartum phase. This is the phase in which your uterus is contracting back to its original position and size. This happens during the first 6 weeks after birth.

Head Massage

Indian Head Massage
 

A seated and clothed massage that works from the neck and shoulders, up over the head, and down onto the face, following the acupressure points.  It is an extremely relaxing massage, said to be good for anxiety and stress, migraine, tension headaches, and stimulates the scalp and hair follicles.

Pressure Point Massage

Deep Tissue
 

You know this one, it's the hurty one!  Well, it doesn't have to hurt exactly I can tailor this to suit your needs.  This massage will work a bit deeper into the muscles and work to release all the tension out of the body.  Very similar to a Sports massage but I always put a little relaxation into it too!

Hot Stones Massage

Hot Stone Massage
 

The hot stones act just like a hot water bottle; they instantly make your body, muscles, and mind relax. Using genuine volcanic basalt stone, this massage uses oils and stone. The heat from the stone penetrates deep into the muscles, allowing them to relax naturally. Lovely all year round, but a great massage for winter!
